On those super busy weeknights, one-pot pasta recipes are the first thing that comes to my mind! Not only because they're quick and easy, but also because pasta is something my whole family loves. Just grab a large skillet and hop to it!
Perhaps my favorite thing about these recipes is that there's no waiting for pasta water to boil!! Therefore, the end result is lots of flavor (soaked up by the pasta!), few dishes and one happily fed family!

Notes about these One-Pot Recipes
- Most of these recipes make a pretty large panful of pasta. Therefore, you'll need a large pot, skillet or Dutch oven to fit it all in one pot! I tested several different options and chose my absolute favorites for you!
- Cooking time will vary depending on which type of uncooked pasta you use. Most of these posts will have a recommended pasta shape(s).
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Many of these recipes can easily be made gluten free. Simply use gluten-free pasta in place of the pasta - you may have to adjust the cook time, FYI.
